The short version

The only personal information this site collects is the email address you choose to give when you sign up for the free seller's guide. It is used to send you the guide and a short monthly market note, and nothing else. You can unsubscribe at any time, and the data is never sold.

• Anything you choose to send us directly by email or phone.
• Anonymous visitor statistics from our hosting provider, which counts visits at server level without using cookies.

How we use it, and our lawful basis

We use your email address to send you the free seller's guide and a monthly note on the local property market. The lawful basis is your consent (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), which you give by ticking the consent box on the form. We do not use your details for any other purpose, and we never sell them.

Who we share it with

Your email address is stored and sent using MailerLite, our email service provider, which processes the data on our behalf under its own privacy and security terms. We do not share your information with anyone else.

Where it is processed

MailerLite may process data on servers inside and outside the UK. Where data is transferred internationally, it is protected by appropriate safeguards as required by UK data protection law.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, after which it is removed promptly. Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link.

Your rights

You have the right to access the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its use, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email louisa@thehouse-group.com.

Regulatory information

Louisa Rowlands Bespoke Estate Agent Ltd is a member of the Property Redress Scheme (certificate number PRS039704), the government-approved redress scheme for the property industry. No client money is ever held by the business, so a Client Money Protection scheme is not applicable. The business is individually registered with HMRC for anti-money-laundering supervision in accordance with the Money Laundering Regulations 2017.

Cookies

This website does not set its own tracking or advertising cookies. Visitor statistics are gathered server-side by our hosting provider without using cookies, so no consent banner is required.

When you submit the seller's guide signup form, your email is sent to our email provider, MailerLite, which may set its own cookies on its own domain as part of delivering that service, governed by its policy.

This site links to thehouse-group.com (where the property listings live) and to social media. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle your data.
